These terms apply to BatchOwl's tools, including the Calendar Bulk browser extension, and to batchowl.store. By installing or using them you agree to these terms.
Using Calendar Bulk
Calendar Bulk changes many events at once, exactly as you tell it to. Check your selection before you press Delete, Move, Reschedule or Color. "Undo last action" can reverse the most recent change in most cases, but it can't bring back every detail in every situation (for example, guest replies on a deleted and restored event), so it isn't a backup.
You're responsible for the Google accounts you connect and for the changes you make to them, including events on calendars shared with you.
Free and Unlimited
The free version works on up to 20 events per change. The Unlimited upgrade is a one-time purchase that removes that limit for as long as we offer the extension. A license key is for your own use; please don't share or resell it.
Payments
Orders are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, which is the seller for the transaction and handles taxes, billing and payment-related questions. Prices are shown in US dollars before any tax that applies where you live. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use our tools to access calendars you aren't allowed to change, to break Google's terms, or to disrupt our services, for example by trying to get around the license check.
No warranty
Our tools are provided as they are. We work hard to make them reliable, but we can't promise they'll be free of bugs or always available, and Google may change how its services work.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, BatchOwl isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, from using our tools. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question.
Calendar Bulk works with Google Calendar but is not made, endorsed or supported by Google. Google Calendar is a trademark of Google LLC. Your use of Google Calendar is also governed by Google's own terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date above; continuing to use the tools means you accept the new version. We may stop offering a tool, and will give buyers reasonable notice where we can.
