Refund policy

Calendar Bulk is free for your first 30 events, so you can see it work on your own calendar before you pay. Please use the free version to check that it does what you need.

Within 14 days: if it doesn't work as described

Email support@batchowl.store within 14 days of buying, from the address you used at checkout or with your order number, and tell us what went wrong. We'll try to fix it first. If we can't, we'll refund the full amount through Creem, our merchant of record, usually within two business days. Your bank may take 5–10 more days to show it.

What we don't refund

• A change of mind after the extension has worked as described.
• A second refund. Each customer can get one refund.

After 14 days

If something is broken and we can't fix it, write to us anyway. We'll refund you if the product doesn't do what we said it does.

What happens to the license

A refunded license key stops working, and the extension goes back to the free version. Nothing on your calendar changes.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
