Refund policy

If a BatchOwl purchase doesn't work out for you, you can have your money back.

Within 14 days: full refund, no questions asked

Email support@batchowl.store within 14 days of buying, from the address you used at checkout or with your order number. We'll refund the full amount through Creem, our merchant of record, usually within two business days. Your bank may take 5–10 more days to show it.

After 14 days

If something is broken and we can't fix it, write to us anyway. We'll refund you if the product doesn't do what we said it does.

What happens to the license

A refunded license key stops working, and the extension goes back to the free version. Nothing on your calendar changes.
