Privacy policy

This policy covers the Calendar Bulk browser extension and the batchowl.store website, both run by BatchOwl ("we"). The short version: your calendar goes straight from your browser to Google and back. We never receive, store or see your events.

What Calendar Bulk accesses in your Google account

When you connect a Google account, Calendar Bulk asks Google for two permissions:

• See the list of your calendars (calendar names, colors, time zones and whether you can edit them), so you can choose which calendar to work on.
• View and edit events on your calendars, so it can list the events in the date range you pick and apply the change you ask for: delete, move to another calendar, reschedule, or recolor.

It does not access calendar sharing, calendar settings, your email, your contacts or any other Google service.

How that data is used

• Events are fetched and changed only inside your browser, directly between the extension and Google's servers. They are not sent to us or to anyone else.
• Events are changed only when you press a button that says so (for example "Delete"), and only the events you selected.
• We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, let people read it, or use it to train AI or machine-learning models.

Calendar Bulk's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What is kept on your computer

The extension stores a few things in your browser's own extension storage. None of it leaves your computer.

• Sign-in token from Google, kept until you close the browser, so you don't have to connect again on every page load. Signing out deletes it and asks Google to revoke it.
• The email address of the connected account, so the extension can reconnect to the same account.
• A copy of the events changed by your last action, so "Undo last action" can put them back. It is replaced by your next action and deleted when you undo.
• Your license key, if you bought the Unlimited upgrade.

Uninstalling the extension deletes all of this. You can also remove Calendar Bulk's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Purchases and license keys

Payments are handled by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem collects your name, email address and payment details to process the order and send your license key, under Creem's privacy policy. We don't see your card details.

When you enter a license key, the extension sends the key and a random installation ID to our license server, which asks Creem whether the key is valid. It checks again about once a week. We keep the order's email address and license status so we can help with support and refunds.

This website

batchowl.store doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and loads no third-party resources. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Children

Calendar Bulk isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
